1. What is InTalent Connect?
InTalent Connect is a global referral partner program by InTalent Asia. It allows individuals to earn rewards by introducing businesses in need of HR, recruitment, or payroll services.
2. Who can become a referral partner?
Anyone! Whether you’re a freelancer, consultant, corporate professional, entrepreneur, or simply someone with a strong network—you’re eligible to join.
3. Do I need recruitment or HR experience to join?
No. You don’t need any HR or recruitment experience. Our team handles all client engagements, onboarding, and delivery. You just refer the lead.
4. Is there a cost to join the program?
No. Joining InTalent Connect is completely free. There are no hidden fees or commitments.
5. What types of businesses should I refer?
Any business looking for executive search, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR) services, or payroll outsourcing. We serve companies across multiple industries and countries.
6. How do I submit a referral?
Once you’re registered and approved, you’ll gain access to a secure portal where you can submit business leads using a structured Lead Submission Form.
7. What happens after I submit a lead?
Our team verifies the lead and checks for duplicates. If approved, our regional sales team connects with the client. You may be invited to attend the initial call if needed.
8. How will I know the status of my lead?
You’ll receive updates at key stages—submission, approval, sales engagement, conversion, and payment. A partner dashboard may also be provided.
9. What do I earn for a successful referral?
You will receive a commission once the referred client signs an agreement and makes the first payment. Specifics will be shared during onboarding.
10. How and when will I be paid?
Payments are processed within 7 working days after InTalent Asia receives payment from the client. You’ll be notified each time your referral converts.
11. Can more than one partner refer the same company?
No. We only allow one referral partner per client at a time. Lead approval is done on a first-submitted, first-verified basis.
12. What if my lead doesn’t convert right away?
We continue to engage the lead. If no vacancies or engagement happens within 3 months, the lead may be reopened to other partners.
13. Will I be signing any agreement?
Yes. You will be required to sign a simple MOU and NDA to ensure mutual confidentiality and protect both parties.
14. Can I refer businesses outside my country?
Yes. We welcome international referrals. InTalent Asia serves clients across Asia, the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Australia.
